On August 15, 2020, 16-year-old Rohan Godhania from London fell ill after drinking a protein shake.

Please tell that 16-year-old Rohan Godhania, who lives in London, died on 15 August 2020 after drinking protein shake. Actually Rohan was very thin due to which he started consuming protein shake and after drinking it he fell ill. Rohan died due to a rare disease ‘irreversible brain damage’. He was being treated at West Middlesex Hospital.

All his organs were donated only after Rohan’s death, due to which the hospital could not even find out the reason for knowing his illness. According to the Metro report, Rohan’s father had bought him protein powder to build his muscles as his son was ‘very thin’.

As per media outlet reports, the protein shake caused a rare genetic condition called ornithine transcarbamylase (OTC) deficiency, which triggered the breakdown of ammonia in Rohan’s blood circulation, increasing it to lethal levels.

According to a Sources, the post-mortem examination initially did not detect this rare disease, ornithine transcarbamylase (OTC) deficiency.

Make ‘these’ changes in diet to gain weight
